In October 2001, Olivier Claesens decided to found the enterprise of ‘Claever Associates’. After years of experience in the world of exhibitions and fairs as Managing Director and Business Development Manager, Olivier chose to go his own way and put his experience at the customers’ disposal. Lieve Vermeulen is a trainer/consultant with a wealth of experience in the development of teams and organisations. The last 10 years she has specialised in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, a model for self-insight and development. She is a recognised trainer qualified to teach trainers, Human Resources Managers and training managers how to use this instrument. She is co-founder of Claever Associates, where she leads the business unit HRM through sister company Hogi, which concentrates on HR applications, more specifically Assessment (final selection of personnel), Team Building and Workshops.
